School Motto

At ASDance, we believe that by taking dance classes, children grow into better equipped adults. Dance teaches dedication, goal setting, discipline, personal grooming and presentation, just to name a few. Students also develop key skills, such as coordination, balance, flexibility, stamina and memory. Being active in this way, also helps boost a child's self esteem, making them feel good about their own abilities and increasing their self-confidence. Dancing promotes a healthy lifestyle and is great exercise. Dancing also contains a social component, it gives students the opportunity to develop strong friendships, which contribute to a positive outlook. And the best part is.......dancing is so much fun!
